Successfully launched and led a diverse coalition of industry stakeholders to advocate for legislation to bar the EU from imposing an emissions trading scheme on US airlines outside of EU airspace. The bipartisan legislation was passed unanimously and signed into law.

Comprehensively advocated to protect the air rights of foreign carriers in the US in the face of a $50 million global lobbying campaign. Worked closely with industry, government, and diplomats over 5 years to secure White House and bipartisan support for a no-harm outcome.

Worked closely with local stakeholders and Congressional delegations to secure over $100 million in funding for district projects and key designations for long term federal funding. Projects ranged from underfunded community transportation projects to education investments and still stand today.
